Use Hypnosis to get fit Get fit and lose weight. Millions of us wonder how everyday. But what we all secretly think about is when will we ever be able to lose the weight we want? It's not easy. However, I can help guide you to a proven method to get you there. For nearly a decade, I've been a medical researcher. I focus on how to get fit and weight loss. My research has discovered one tiny odd thing. Most of us keep getting sucked into scams to buy products and programs that simply don't work. Therefore, I'm going to share with you a simple program you can start today. I have tiny confession to make. A long time ago (about 2007) I turned in my slippery copywriting skills to sway your opinion. It's all bunk. If you're reading this deep into this article, I owe you some industrial-strength honesty. So here we go. I want you to do something. Grab about one handful of fat on your body. What you now hold is nearly 3500 calories. Getting fit is a simple mathematical equation. Don't worry. There won't be a test. You can use a calculator if the mood strikes you. 7 days x 3500 calories is what? 24,500 of course. For you to lose 7 pounds in one week you need to subtract 24,500 calories. So, you either starve yourself from the 2000 (+/-) calories you eat everyday or cut calories. Then you workout like a superhero 60-120 minutes a day. Here's another confession. I'm not a superhero. Neither are you. Plus, if you were actually able to starve yourself dry of calories something would happen. You would drop dead from exhaustion. By now you're probably thinking. Will I ever lose the weight? Maybe. This is where the 1% rule can help. The cool part of the 1% rule is it doesn't consume your life without food or going out with friends. You might even be able to have one of those jelly donuts someone brings into work two days a week. Now if I was a betting person, I would wager you have lost weight in the past. But only a little right? Only, soon you gained it all back. You see, as we grow older, we see these types of unsuccessful attempts as failure. The 1% rule will combat the failure thinking while you begin to lose weight again. This is not a joke. The 1% rule is based on something called progressive cycling. Think of it as adding tiny increments of activity without you feeling the pain of changing. You begin by eating 1% less food everyday. Then you exercise 1 minute more each day. Let's do so more simple math. On day 1 you eat 1% less calories (or less food if you hate counting calories). This same day you also work out for 1 measly minute. Day 2 - 2% less food and 2 minutes of exercise. Do you realize by day 31 you've cut nearly 400 calories out of your daily diet? That's with a little cheating. The icing on the cake (chocolate cake with vanilla frosting is my favorite) is you've also built up a consistent 32 minute daily workout. The exercise gives you about 300 calories of burn. So in total, you're now cutting 700 calories a day from that belly blubber of yours. Now if this sounds like total crap, that's easy to explain. In the past, the reason you could never lose your weight over the long haul was for what reason? Come on. You know the answer. The lose weight get fit program you bought soon grew boring. Plus cutting half your calories a day drove you into a bummed out funk. Because you were thrown into the fire of consistent exercise with food deficits, your brain wanted to revert back to a fun life of eating double-cheese pizzas on the couch while watching TV. To summarize, you truly have nearly everything you need to get fit and lose weight forever. Except for one thing. The ability to change the way you think about food and exercise. It's those old fat patterns in your brain. They've gone wild giving you taste-bud sensations by triggering pleasure moments of mouth-water indulgences. Listen, we all do it so relax:-).
